Our win in the Best Brand - Entertainment category recognises how we helped position AIA Carnival as Hong Kong's essential winter cultural experience. The campaign achieved exceptional reach across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, with significant growth across all social platforms and strong website engagement throughout the 59-day event period.
Our audience segmentation strategy delivered tailored experiences for Hong Kong families, Gen Z friendship groups, couples, and Greater Bay Area tourists - each segment receiving precisely crafted messaging that addressed their specific motivations and barriers to purchase.
Best Use of Analytics & Data Insights
The second gold award celebrates the technological innovation that powered the campaign. Our RFID implementation transformed event operations whilst providing unprecedented business intelligence.
The system achieved 100% uptime across the entire event period, managing real-time capacity control, automated compliance monitoring across 30+ gaming attractions, and staff performance tracking that allowed instant resource reallocation. The offline-first architecture eliminated network dependency - a critical advantage for large-scale events.
On the marketing front, our analytics layer enabled sophisticated campaign optimisation across multiple audience segments. The integrated approach with Eventbrite allowed us to guide customers through carefully designed funnel stages, with RFID insights informing real-time creative deployment and budget allocation decisions.
